There’s no excuse for not exercising when you can fit an effective workout into less than eight minutes. Researchers at the Human Performance Institute have come up with scientific guidelines for a high-intensity workout. All you need is a chair, a wall and 7-Minute Workout to guide and time your way through 12 specific exercises.

7-Minute Workout is thoughtfully designed. It’s informative, using visual and audible cues. You can play music in the background from your favorite apps. User settings allow you to run with the lock screen or even disable it for the duration of the workout.
