It’s free, intuitive to use, and is safe and secure. For security, we utilize encryption technology, multi-factor authentication, device recognition, and login/session anomaly detection and analysis.

Enrollment is required. Enroll on the App or in Online Banking. During enrolment, you will configure your Mobile User ID & Password.

Mobile Deposit – With our Mobile Deposit function, just take a picture of the front and back of your check to make a real-time deposit quickly, also includes an image archive.

Transfers & Loan Payments – Easily and quickly move funds in real-time to and from your Star One Accounts and Loans.

View your Account Balances & Available Balances – All amounts are quickly displayed, easy to read, and the “details” page includes drilled-down transaction details.

View Other Memberships – If you have more than one Membership with us, you can add them and view them, all with only one login.

Find Us – Locate a Star One Branch or ATM, or find Shared Branch & Non-Surcharge ATM locations near you using the GPS-enabled locator which also includes dynamic mapping.

Real-Time Card Activation – Activate your Visa Card on the go using your device.

SMS Text Alerts – Can be either Transaction-Based or Personal Messages, even includes a Debit Card and Credit Card Transaction Alert where you set the alerting dollar amount threshold.

Rate Watch – The Rate Watch feature allows you to keep up with our rates when they change. You set up the rate to watch and the threshold level. If they are met, you will receive a text message alerting you of the change.

Balance Sneak Peek– From the App login page, you can scroll down & release to display a quick-peek of your account balance.
