More About River and Stream Pro

Updates include USGS hyrdrograph bar charts - this information is invaluable and available for most river/stream systems throughout the Unites States, including small neighborhood creeks! Please see the new screenshots.

You can use this app to monitor the creek in your neighborhood during a rain storm, or monitor any or all of the 9,000+ river/stream/creek systems throughout the US and Puerto Rico during major floods... or you may be interested in water flow rate to help you decide the level of rapids.

This PRO version includes more than 9,007 rivers, streams, and creeks - this is a lot of information! In contrast, the free version only includes about 1,753. Plus, the PRO version includes *new* USGS hydrograph bar charts! - Hydrograph bar charts are auto-generated in real-time and include a wealth of flood stage information - you will graphically see the river/stream level and a side-by-side comparison with USGS flood stage history!

This app displays selectable real-time USGS flood stage data (see the *new* hydrographs!), flow data (cubic feet per minute or gallons per minute) and water temperature for US river and stream systems that is collected via USGS sensors and reported via satellite communications on average every 15-minutes. All USGS-available rivers are selectable and organized per state.

All data is dynamic - when the USGS adds or subtracts reporting data or river systems within a state, the information is relayed to the app via our servers that acquire, construct, and manage the data - the app is always up-to-date.
