Fast, synchronised access to all WorkPoint data

WorkPoint 5.0 (2013) and WorkPoint 365 now facilitate downloading and viewing of data on-the-go, assuring fast access to all cases, contacts, documents, and more. The app for Windows Phone is swift and responsive when working with data and is quick to adapt to your WorkPoint solution.

All data is easily accessible
· Pin frequently used WorkPoint Business modules (Projects, Cases, Company, Contacts, Sales, etc.) as a live tile right on your start screen. If tiles are not needed, it is easy to unpin them.
· Pin a project as a primary tile on your start screen, allowing for direct access to the project site.
· Under each Business module you are able to access e.g. documents, emails, tasks, contacts, maps, events, notes, and more affiliated with the particular module.

Swift and easy search
The app makes it swift and easy to run simple searches on the servers on things such as project name, company name, and contact persons. It is also possible to filter the search results by using the tools ”Active Entities” and ”My Entities”.

The user interface is variable and scales to your Windows Phone. On the log-in screen you are able to select which WorkPoint server to access. A history of servers previously accessed is also viewable.

Quick and painless to implement
The app is quick and painless to implement. An API-plugin is needed on the server end to gain access to your WorkPoint Server. The Mobile API facilitates rights to use mobile and external applications interacting with the WorkPoint Application Programming Interface. The app can be used without the API-plugin, but is then limited to a demonstration environment.
