PrePostFix Dialer is a configurable app which inserts a prefix, a suffix and inserts or removes the country calling code numbers from phone numbers in your address book, or from numbers typed by your telephone keyboard for calls and text messages (SMS) as well. You no longer need to manipulate or change your contact list just because your calling plans or habits change.
