Relaxiness contains animated 4-7-8 breath relaxation guide by Dr. Andrew Weil. Here are some additional tips. First place the tip of your tongue behind upper teeth and keep that position throughout the 4-7-8 exercise. Breath out fully through your mouth, making a whoosh sound for a count of eight. Then breath in quietly through nose for a count of four. Now hold your breath for seven counts. Finally do a eight-count whoosh exhale through the mouth.
