The TripPay application allows travellers to access their virtual credit card number (VCN) which has been allocated by Conferma to pay for corporate travel accommodation.

The application will remove any concerns around non-delivery of VCNs and travellers being inconvenienced, whilst retaining all the control, data and process efficiency benefits provided by Conferma’s VCN technology.

PLEASE NOTE:

To use TripPay your company must have a virtual card account and have the email address used to register with TripPay linked to the relevant booking.

In the event that a hotel does not have the details of the Virtual Card Number allocated by Conferma to pay for a hotel stay at the point of check-out, TripPay allows travellers to view the Virtual Card Number which has been processed for that specific hotel booking. The full VCN will only be visible in TripPay from the day of check-in through to the day of check-out. The application also provides the flexibility for travellers to resend a fax to the hotel with the VCN details.

VCNs are processed by merchants within the existing acquiring networks of Visa, MasterCard and American Express in exactly the same way as any Card Not Present (CNP) transaction and are in widespread use across all methods of business travel.

TripPay is compliant with the highest level of PCI Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
