Just start app, check Settings page to select which of predefined tiles to purge.
And press "Purge tiles on Band" button on Main page. That's it.
Also you can use Cortana to clean your band further. Activate Cortana (on Band or on Phone) and say 'Band Clean' or 'Purge Band Clean'
