sgIPPT aims to help Singaporean males who are liable for National Service to keep their fitness and train for their annual Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT).

sgIPPT provide a 6 weeks trainings recommended schedule for you to train at your own free time for the various stages of the IPPT. You can choose to only train for stations which you are weaker or all five stations.

You can also make use of the Assessment tool in sgIPPT to test your IPPT standings before going for your IPPT. The tool will provide feedback on the different grading bands for the stations and also if the results is eligible for incentives.

sgIPPT lastly also provide you with a list of IPPT facilities available in the community for you to use. It also give you at a glance view of the upcoming and forecast weather of the day.
