-Upped the compression on the Sound Files.
-Added control to deactive / activate adds*
-Added control to deactive / activate Sound Effects.
-Shout will now stop if another is started.
-Fixed minor bugs.

*This is found in the bottom menu, it will remember your selection from then on.
