Allows calculation of splits at key distances based on Pace/Distance/Time. Has the ability to un-even splits over race (ie calculate for running a negative split race). The splits allow you to plan a run and measure yourself against your targets.
App allows Base Metabolic Rate calculations based on Miffin et al and the Revised Harris Benedict calculations. Also includes adjustment based on activity level to give approximate daily intake to maintain current weight.
