Your cell phone needs to be hooked up to your house's WiFi and the satellite receiver needs to be hooked to your house's LAN. The phone communicates with the receiver across the ethernet link. Just enter in your receiver's IP address into the Config screen, or have the phone do a search for the receiver, and you're good to go. It works with Win8 phones now too.
