The application sends diagnostic queries to an OBD2 bluetooth adapter to gather data from the vehicle which the adapter is connected to. The data read from the OBD2 adapter is then displayed in a human readable form. Diagnostic parameter values can be displayed as a graph over time. For archiving purposes, a user can send the gathered data to himself by e-mail as a html page. The application is written for the adapter interfaces ELM327 and DXM1.

The trial version of the application displays diagnostic trouble codes and on board diagnostic test results normally, but is limited to translate the diagnostic parameters vehicle speed, engine rpm and monitor-status into a human readable form, other diagnostic parameters are displayed as raw data. The trial version is not limited concerning the communication capabilities to an OBD2 adapter.
