If you select a coin which shows the Millennium text the fourth coin clockwise starting from the selected coin will be turned over so that the Harp shows. Your objective is to have seven of the eight coins showing the Harp.

I found this puzzle in Gyles Brandreth's 'The Puzzle Mountain' but presume that it's older than that.
