Added in a settings page that allows for turning on the Ten for 2, a bid of 10 gets 200 points when it is made; first hand sets itself, the very first hand doesn't get bidded on, what is made is scored; custom bag limits and penalties, you can now set what the bag limit is and what happens when that limit is hit.
Added a bags counter to the app, now you can see at a glance what the bag situation is regardless of the score.
Increased the font size of the bid number when the game is in progress.
