3. All non-player encounters will have Battle Plans applied to their tactics

[BALANCING CHANGES]
1. Atlantis RvR
• Attack cooldown period in final phase: After attacking another player in a resource mine or player's castle, any further attacks won't award points for a short period of time
• Fast Attack option, increased base Temple size, Unit boosts, and Wounded Units Capacity boost increased
2. New Invasion RvR solo event
3. Imperial Siege RvR
• Low-level players can't see the defender's formation in the special buildings during the event
• Tier-5 unit requirement for participating in the event
• Updated RvR event rewards
• Gold mines will spawn for all Realms participating in the event
• Level and number of Gold mines spawned for each Realm will depend on the event ranking
• Realm buffs will be applied to the Realm based on the event ranking
4. Agreements cooldown
• Breaking Union, Patronage, or Vassalage agreements triggers a 12-hour cooldown for both Alliances, during which Alliances can't sign new Agreements of the same type
