0.9.3 The app should now be associated with magnetic links, i.e. clicking on a magnetic link should automatically start the app and begin to download the link torrent.

- Connect dialog were maximized due to a bug in UWP. This should be fixed using fixed height.
- Split View were not closed in overlay mode when selecting a new page. Irritating working on a phone.
