This is a text to speech app for the speech impaired. It does not require any online connection and works with touch, pen and keyboard input. It currently only supports the male voice and isn't customizable. Future versions will expand on the usability of the app. This app is also available for Windows Phone 8 devices. Update: Added Slider to adjust rate of speech. You can now hit the Enter Key on your keyboard or the Virtual Keyboard and it will speak.
