SmsPlus is simple but effective application which can help you to send Text/SMS messages quickly and without worry about phone number and its content.
You can save text template with title, phone number and message text and use it whenever you want to send text message.

NOTES: You can't automatically send Text/SMS messages from Windows Phone due to security reason. This is Windows Phone Operating System limitation. You need to initiate sending messages manually.
