This is an emulator to play Gameboy Advanced games on Windows/Windows Phone devices. This app uses different packages for different platforms.
On Windows: the package is directly compiled from the source code provided by m.k. No improvement has been made to this package. It only plays GBA games, you need to use VGBC8+ for GB and GBC games. You should download VBA10 if you are on Windows 10.
On Windows Phone: the package is the same as your beloved VBA8 (v 2.26). It plays all GB/GBC/GBA games. Originally VBA8+ only support Windows but was updated to support Windows Phone because due to store error VBA8 became inaccessible, mostly for users on Windows 10 Mobile. If you can still download VBA8, it is recommended that you do so instead of using VBA8+.
