With this app you can start running with little effort listening to your favorite music.
Main functions:
Complete training program that allows anyone to start running.
Three kinds of training:
Easy training, 0 to 30 minutes run, for Beginners;
Base training to run up to an hour from scratch;
Advanced training to run up to two hours.
