This 7 minutes circuit training is a great solution to the dilemma.
The circuit was imagined by the Human Performance Institute and allows for a series of exercises to be performed in quick succession, allowing for opposing muscle groups to alternate between resting and working in subsequent exercise stations. As body weight provides the only form of resistance, the program can be done anywhere.
