Download the RBS Mobile Banking application on your mobile phone/tablet from WINDOW Playstore. 2. Register yourself by entering your NetBanking User ID, your RBS registered mobile number, your RBS Debit Card number and expiry date. 3. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number with RBS. Enter the OTP and your NetBanking Login password. 4. You will be requested to create a 6 digit MPIN which will be used to log in to the RBS Mobile Banking application going forward. Note: To use this facility, you need to be registered for RBS NetBanking and need to have your mobile number registered with the bank.
