Diabetes management is a 24/7 job requiring a very frequent decision - how many units of insulin should be taken with a meal. With the Diabetes Spy App required quantities of insulin are calculated (based on historical data) and blood-sugar levels are estimated. This system allows for an increasingly accurate food/insulin balance for future meals.

How to use the App:

1. Enter meal ingredients. An automatic display will then show the calorie count, fat, protein and carbohydrate contents. An extensive & easily customized products' database for the US, UK & European markets is also featured.
2. Enter amount of insulin along with the current blood-sugar level and physical conditions & circumstances (e.g. exercise, sickness, etc.). At least one blood-sugar measurement taken after a meal/insulin should also be entered.
3. The next time you have a similar meal in similar circumstances and start entering insulin details, a suggested amount of insulin will be displayed. A chart showing the estimated blood-sugar after taking the suggested amount of insulin will also appear.

Diabetes Spy is an innovative solution and as this is the first version of the App, we understand that as yet, it has not been tailored to suit all needs at all times. Therefore, we welcome any feedback from users. This App is applicable to both insulin pump and insulin pen users.

- Can optionally backup and synchronize data with the cloud. Can export and import data in a reusable format.
- Does not require Internet access to work.
- Preferred units, products database version, etc. can be selected through the App settings.
