To manage your weight, you must understand and manage the amount of energy your body uses every day.

Roughly is designed to do just that. It's simple to use, fast to act upon and puts you in control. It allows you to understand how much actual energy your body needs, which is often lower than you think, and then set your personal goals accordingly.

At a glance, you can see a graph of your rolling progress over the 'last seven days' to visually keep track and fine tune your intake. You can add the dates of future events and Roughly will use your last seven days of data to predict where your weight could be.

It really is as simple as logging what you consume and how much exercise you do. Roughly allows you to easily enter data that is personal to you, recording and storing the foods you eat regularly as well as tracking the exercise you undertake.
