Army Emergency Relief (AER) is a private non-profit that provides emergency financial assistance to Soldiers and their Families. AER also provides scholarships to the Spouses and Children of Soldiers. Funded primarily through donations by Soldiers, AER is truly “Soldiers Helping Soldiers.”
