If yes, you probably understand that in order to have them you need to do exercises. I found it problematic for me to do exercises regularly and with proper focus. I start doing them and in the middle of exercise I forget what to do next or I do them too quickly than I usually do. Also it is hard to track how regularly I do them.
The purpose of this application is to help to do exercises for your eyes. During an exercise you can feel vibration from your phone so you can follow the same rhythm each time you have a training. With time (when you learn your program by heart) you can use your phone with display disabled (this saves battery!).
In fact I believe that it does not matter what exercises you actually do. The main point is to train your muscles, stretch them and relax. By doing this you attract more blood making all processes inside them going right.

This application does guarantee you have any positive result. But before giving up complaining complete at least two weeks with 40-60 minutes training every day. I can say that the exercises really makes the world around me sharper, however this effect is not permanent and comes only with everyday work.
